Pleasantly surprised after reading some sketchy reviews. We arrived very late after a Friday night gig and checked in no problem. The guy on reception was lovely and we had a chat about cricket as the Ashes was on. The room was comfortable and cool and we had a good sleep. Cup of coffee and nice shower in the morning and on our way.

The staff was so accomodating and sweet, he welcomed us on Thursday night when we arrived, led us to our room and showed us what to do very calmly. It did exceed my expectations and I’m so glad to have lodged in Ramada!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in and out. Room was very nice with comfortable beds. No noise and place was clean. Car parking facilities available. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and given option to wrap up a plate for my plus 1 who couldn't get out of bed in time for breakfast service time after we had been out late in Birmingham to the early hours. .

Staff were very kind and helpful.. They were so busy hence they couldn't fulfil the request to nearby room. The rooms were very far from the reception but they have provided breakfast as compliment and the breakfast was delicious..

It's located close to the M5 motorway making my journey home easy, has plenty of parking and is situated next to two large supermarkets. I had forgotten my laptop charge cable so this was ideal! Staff were great! Friendly, polite and very helpful

As always the hotel was nice, clean and in a great location, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of hot and cold options to choose from, check out aswell is a nice time, not too late and not too early, so there is no need to rush about, you can take your time and make sure you have everything before you leave .
